The game rules as here stated, form a contractual agreement between you from here on referred to as "player", and the game developers and owners, hereafter referred to as the "game".

You are hereby granted permission to use the game on condition that the remainder of these game rules are adhered to. NinjaBattle.net reserve the right to take action against any player who does not follow the rules as here stated. This Acton may include but is not limited to suspending your access to the game, banning you from taking any further part in the game. Notifying law authorities if you have broken any laws either within the game, or by trying to manipulate the game or any computer system that the game uses.

The game operators also reserve the right to amend this contractual agreement at any time. When ever this agreement is altered you will be given notice within the game. You may opt out of this agreement at any time by discontinuing your usage of the game. You may also request to have your account removed at any time. You may not request to have another players account suspended or banned. You can however report any activity carried out by another player that does not fall within the game rules. We investigate all such claims and if a player is found to be at fault we may take action against that player.

Bullying 

The game is designed to be fun. What we will not tolerate is any player who is making the game less enjoyable for other players. Every player deserves the same right as another to enjoy the game. If we believe any player is harassing, bullying or taking action that prevents another player from being able to make the most of his/her time on the game we will act. Within the game players can attack other players. When a player beats another the losing player will be in the "doctors" for 20 minutes. This is time when the player is unable to enjoy the game. This is allowed. What is not allowed is rapidly killing the same player. When this happens the player is effectively being bullied. We will not tolerate this type of conduct. If you feel you are being bullied by another player you should report this to an admin. Admins on the game can be found with in the gang "lawmakers" [TLM] You can message any admin within that gang and they will deal with the issue.

Manipulating the system

From time to time is is possible that a player may notice a glitch within the game. We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to inform an admin of any such issues. If the glitch is minor you can post it in the forums within the "bugs" category. If however the bug is major or could be classed as a security risk please send a message to an admin using the in- game mail system. Any user who is found to be using a glitch in the game either to his/her advantage, another players advantage or disadvantage will be banned from the game without exception. We take security issues very seriously and will do everything within our power to prevent users who wish to explode the system being able to do so within the game. If you are aware of any users who is doing this it is in your interests to let us know. 

If a user is found to have damaged any part of the game, or its data using a glitch within the game we reserve the right tot take legal action against that player.

Forums

The game uses a forum system as a way of allowing users to communicate with each other. The forums are open to all members and are split into various different categories. when using the forums is is very important to be respectful to all other players. Obviously due to the nature of the game there will be the occasional barbed comment, but these should always be given and taken in good nature. There is however a line that can't be crossed. 

What we will not tolerate with in the forums....

• Fowl language. The game has been designed to be suitable to an audience of 13 (pg). if any user is found to be using bad language within the forums they will be suspended for a period of 10 days. and will receive one warning. if any user received three warnings for any offence the player will banned from the game.
• Remarks that could be classed as offensive by an class of people. This includes but is not limited to racial remarks and sexist remarks. This will either result in a ban or a suspension of your game account. This depends on the exact circumstances.
• Posting personal or sensitive information about another player without their consent. This is a privacy issue and will result in you being banned from the game.
• Open criticism of the game administrators in public. All such dealings should be carried out though in-game mail.
• Promotional messages that actively promote any services out with the scope of the game.

Financial transfers

Ninja Battle will offer various items that can be bought and paid for within the game. These will include but are not limited to upgrade packages and other in game enhancements. By paying us for a package does not place you above the rules of the game. If you are found to have abused the system or cheated in any way you will still be liable to the same investigation/action as any other player. You can still be banned from the game even if you have paid us for anything during your course of game play.

If you pay for something within the game we will not offer a refund. Game items and packs are bought as described. We will only offer an exchange if you have received something different, from which you ordered.

If you have a complaint regarding our payment system or any order you have placed we would kindly ask that you contact us regarding your complaint. We will then investigate and take appropriate action (if relevant) to resolve your complaint.

Selling game items

You may sell game items for game money using the items market within the game. You may not sell game items for real money. This is strictly not allowed within the game because it puts users at risk of fraud. If you are found to have bought or sold game items for real cash both the sellers and buyers account will be banned.

You can sell your entire account, but you do this entirely at your own risk. The game operators will not take any responsibility for any losses either real world finances or game account caused by a transaction outside of the game going wrong.

If you do choose to sell a game account you are required to notify an administrator of your intention to sell your account as early as possible. We will then monitor the transferee. We do this to ensure you are not bypassing out rule on forbidding the sale of game items.

An example of circumnavigating this rule would be for a player to buy another players account, when the account being bought is of a lesser standing than the players existing account, but has a greater inventory.

Summary

The game is designed to be fun for all users, do not do anything to prevent other users enjoying the game experience.

Do not partake in any activity that exploits the game system to your advantage.

If you are unsure about anything and don't want to break the rules, ask an admin.
